TiO2(Rutile)

TiO2(Rutile type) is a stable status of titanium oxide with excellent optical and chemical properties. It has a very high refractive index and strong light reflectance, making it one of the best materials for spectroscopic prisms, optical isolators, and polarizing devices. Our TiO2 single crystals are grown by using FZ method and are ideal for use as optical components and epitaxial thin film substrates.
